ELLIOT S. STOMEL has more than 35 years experience as a municipal court lawyer. He graduated from George Washington University in 1973, and earned his juris doctor from St. Mary's University in 1977. In addition to representing thousands of clients, he served as Prosecutor for the Township of Cherry Hill from 1981 to 2000, and as Public Defender for the City of Camden from 1992 to 2001. He was the President of the Camden County Municipal Prosecutors Association from 1990 to 1999, and has been a regular lecturer for the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) on the subject of Municipal Court Practice since 1992. Mr. Stomel was named by SJ Magazine as a "Top Attorney” in the area of "Criminal Law" in 2010, and in the area of DWI/DUI in 2011.
