We have had it with The Kitchen Experience, nothing is being done on a timely manner! When we try to contact them they either don't answer the phone or tell us the person we need to speak to is not in! Its excuse after excuse. Can't wait for the job to be done!!! more

Owner was late by almost an hour after stating a ten minute "traffic" issue...didnt even apologize when he showed up. Lost our business to Cumberland Kitchen and Design. Jeff W more

All we can say is Thank You! We met Dagan at the RI Builders Home Show in April and he was one of only 2 vendors there that took the time to talk to us. We are not the wealthiest people but that didn't seem to matter to Dagan, he still gave us the nescessary time it took to explain the differences with the different products he offers. My husband and I shopped around for granite, viewed alot of stone at the big place off Eddy St. Lots of granite and different types. but the pricing was extreme and we were told we could lower the price with a "cash deal", I assume to avoid paying taxes...we met Dagan at the Northern RI Homeshow, and his company The Kitchen Expereience. Not only did he talk to us about granite, but took his time to talk about Cambria as well, which we now LOVE. No granite comes with a lifetime warranty, it was explained, but Cambria does and is less maintenence and as durable as granite. No one ever told us ANYTHING like that at the big shop on the hill. ALL they seemed to be worried about was the sale and how much cash they could make. Go see the Kitchen Experience in North Providence, they are a blessing for those looking for kitchen work! The title says it all...we went to a few different "leaders" for kitchen and countertops in RI and found overpricing and lack of true customer service. With Joe and Dagan, we got it all- great service, ultra-competitive pricing and a finished product that totaly enhances our home. The kitchen remodel started on time and ended two days earlier than anticipated. The carpenter and installers were all professional and took time to answer all of our questions. Imagine if we went elsewhere? These guys were THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LESS, truly professional and always catered to OUR needs (not that of their overhead).
