The Kennel Klub

I had been taking my 15 year dog Winnie there for the last 7 years and they had been nothing but good to her. She required special care due to the fact that she was insulin dependent and had seizures sometimes. Any time Winnie had a seizure they have called me or my vet as soon as it happened. I know all of the staff there appears to be young but I know for a fact that age doesnt matter. I had taken Winnie to other kennels in the past when she was younger( with out health problems) and she wasnt treated very well even though the owner was an older woman and so was the rest of her staff.I love the Kennel Klub not only because Winnie did but they truly treated her like family. Winnie past away a week ago and today I recieved a beautiful bunch of flowers and a lovely card signed by all of the employees that loved and charished Winnie. I would recomend this kennel to any one that loves their pet as much as I loved Winnie. more

This place is great. I love the facility and its staff specially the trainer. He worked wonders for my dogs. My dogs also love daycare after they were trained at the KK. more

Just boarded during spring break, and everything was very nice, the whole place is getting a make over that was much needed! hats off to the staff, treated my animals great! more

I left my two pups with them while we were on vacation. I looked at the kennels before we left and they were large and clean. When I got them back they seemed happy and well fed! They are well priced and the people are friendly and polite. more

I have taken my dachshund/terrier mix to them multiple times for a nail trim and I have been very impressed by their service. They know my pet by name, and even though I only pay for the nail trim, the groomer will throw in a hind leg trim for free! They are quick and usually get me in to see them the same day I call, even if I don't have an appointment. I have not used them for day care or extensive grooming. more

Love the place + seems as though Clutch does too! I've been to places when he is skinny and skidish when picked up... never here though ... 5 stars from us =) more

We have a dog named Miley and she enjoys staying at the Kennel Klub. All the personnel love keeping her and taking care of her and that makes up feel very comfortable leaving her there for that reason. We will continue to do so until it goes the other way and the service starts to fall off. At this time we are pleased with this Kennel. more

We have been using the Kennel Klub for almost 4 years for our dog grooming needs. We have two dogs and both can't wait until we can get there to see Bernie the dog groomer. She is very gentle and caring with our dogs and very good at what she does. I would easily give Kennel Klub 5 stars without any hesitation. Clean facilities. Check them out, you won't be sorry!!!! more

We have always had very good service and the staff has been accommodating. We have used Kennel Club for grooming and kenneling and our dog loves it. She is always ready to go with the groomer and has always been fine when picked up. Unless things have greatly changed since our move, we will continue to use their service when in Houston. more

My 3-legged rescue puppy (10 mo. old) was here for 3 months for day care. She loved it. And so did I... until she was horribly attacked by a bull terrier while the room of dogs were left unsupervised. Her back leg was almost torn off and numerous other bites were left (over 20 stitches total). Although this was a simple mistake and the company worked with me for bills, this should not have happened. I almost lost my dog due to a simple mistake. They have all dogs (20-40/ day) all ages, all sizes and all breeds together in one room with one attendant (if that apparently). Again, nice people but not a safe environment. Before signing up for any day care, please know that these reviews are from real people trying to warn you. Don't let it happen to your baby. more
