A horrible experience! A 1 bedroom, 630 sq/ft apartment for $909 a month with all sorts of problems.\r
\r
1. Patio door- there was frost and ice on the INSIDE of the patio door because so much cold air was coming flowing in from the doors. Photos attached are with the main heat and space heater running trying to warm the apartment, you could feel the cold air on the floor all the way to the kitchen. We were told 4 times the door would be rushed, but in the end, it wasn't, it was grouped with their normal yearly maintenance order, 2 months later, we have the same door. These doors are 25 years old and the staff admits they need to be changed! \r

2. Parking - If you have friends, they won't be able to park here. Guests can only park on the street or they will be towed for $285. The problem is, residents park on the street (guest parking) while there are over 50 open resident spots on either side of the building. Our friend came to visit and was towed that evening- Faye, the property manager, said the guest could have only parked on the street and if there is no parking available, they should not stay. Guest parking is so restricted on weekends, people are parking in front of the fire hydrants. \r

3. Noise - The train runs every 5-10 minutes, 24/7 and is LOUD. You can hear every step the tenants above you take, the heater has no thermostat and rattles like a Semi-truck when it runs. We have had two tenants below us, both with dogs that bark and whine constantly in the day and evening (even while the tenants are home).\r

4. Management - When addressing concerns with property manager Faye, her response was ""you can turn in your notice to leave"".
