The Kar Shop is easily the best shop I've ever been in - knowledgeble, friendly, not-pushy, and they stand behind their work. On my last visit, I went in to have the A/C converted to 134a Freon. They accomplished the job quickly and effectively, and also took the time to ask me about a noise (that I had noticed before), and let me know that all that needed to be replaced was the Fuel Pump Relay, which would only be $30. I asked to go ahead and put it in. My A/C blows cool, the noise is gone, plus the car accelerates better, and I am a happy customer! more

I replaced my cadalytic converter, they never tried to pressure me, even gave a suggestion on how we could reduce the rattling noise w/out replacement. more

In my experience, it is uncommon to have small business auto repair to be such a user friendly process. Shop was clean, everything seemed to be "in order". You get the impression that everyone in the shop is squared away. Thanks guys! more
