Worth a Visit 12/14/2011

Being a long-time Aiken resident, I first-time visited Jewelers Loupe this afternoon trying to get some quality diamond for my love. Stepheny friendly and patiently showed me the items I might be interested. Head Huncho John did try giving me a good price on the item which I think my love would like it. Being a prudent buyer, I have a few days to think it over on the good offer. In a nut shell, I probably will get something from them soon. more

John and his staff are excellent to work with whether you need a watch battery or the highest quality diamond. They give you top notch service and treat you like family. Your dollar goes much further with John and Staff as well. The Charleston Gate Charms and pendants are beautiful. Great selection of silver items as well! more

I have been a customer of this jeweler for over 7 years and highly recommend this business. The owner, John Finley, is extremely knowlegable, helpful and trustworthy. He cares greatly for his customers and works very hard to make them happy. The other negative reviews this business has gotten are not fair and is evident by Mr. Finley's responses to them. How many owners take the time to personally respond to an unhappy customer? I have many pieces from this store and they are all of beautiful quality and durability. I will not shop elsewhere. I think The Jeweler's Loupe is the best! more

Great Store 9/8/2011

Just simply a great jewelery store. My oldest son was in the market for an engagement ring and a friend told me to go see John at the Jewelers Loupe. My son had shopped around already and wanted something very special. We couldn't believe the selection they have but most important the quality of their jewelery and price. Within the last year my son bought an engagement ring from John and my son-n-law to be bought an engagement ring. Getting engaged, married etc. is one of life's most precious moments and I know we would have not trusted anyone else to purchase engagement rings from. So whether you are looking for that special piece of jewelery for a lifetime or just want to treat yourself to something new Jewelers Loupe Aiken SC is a great place to shop. I can't say enough about the customer service and professionalism that John and his staff show me everytime I shop at Jewelers Loupe. more

Absolutely the Best 8/5/2011

I've been coming to The Jewelers Loupe for over 10 years and have always been given the highest level of service. I've purchased $50 birthday gifts to the beautiful diamond ring that my husband got me for our anniversary. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry at the best prices. I don't even bother shopping around anymore because they've always been able to get me the best prices. It's surprising to see someone write negative reviews; of course they come from the gun and pawn part of the business.\r I highly suggest you give them a try, you won't regret it. more

The only place to buy jewelry in Aiken! 5/6/2011

I have been doing business with The Jewelers Loupe for over 8 years and have always been a satisfied customer. Whether I was shopping for something for myself or someone else, their customer service was always wonderful, which is hard to find these days. They are loyal community supporters of sports teams, local non profits, and fundraisers which says a lot about their commitment to their community and their customers. When someone asks me where to shop for jewelry in Aiken, my first thought is always The Jewelers Loupe!! more

Jewelers Loupe has been my jewelery store of choice for several years. They carry quality diamonds at great prices. They also have a great watch selection. Salespersons are very knowledgeable and will use their expertise to help you pick out the perfect piece of jewelery. I cannot say enough good things about the Jewelers Loupe. more

Outstanding Sales and Service 2/2/2011

I have dealt with the Jewelers Loupe Inc for several years and I can unequivocably state that I have always been treated with the utmost respect and all the employees have always been nothing but professional. I have purchased both jewelry and firearms and have always believed I have received professional advice and assistance and a fair price. In fact, the Jewelers Loupe Inc is the only place my wife and I shop for jewelry. When purchasing firearms, if the firearm in not in stock and I am able to find it on the internet and have it shipped to a FFL (Jewelers Loupe), John goes out of way to assist me. I have on numerous occasion recommended this business for both jewelery and firearms. more

Professional and helpful 2/2/2011

I have visited many Jewelry Stores in the Midlands. When I first walked into the Jewelers Loupe in Aiken, I felt as if I had walked into a friends home. I was treated with respect by a professional staff. I was not dressed to impress, wearing jeans and a t-shirt, shopping for a Rolex for my wife. I stated the purpose of my visit to the young lady attempting to assist me. She was attempting to show me the few items that were on display. I was again greeted by a young man, that began explaining Rolex watches to me. We talked for the better part of an hour. Although, he could not help me with the watch that I was searching for, he gave me some of the most helpful information concerning purchasing a new Rolex. I had bought Rolex watches before that, blindly, I must say. John Finley, the man that took his time to speak with me that day, is an outstanding businessman. It was an honor to meet him. What a bunch of liers and idiots(Stephen) 2/1/2011

Tried to order a gun,,,called numerous times and he told me his vender was out of stock. My buddy from work called and he (Stephen said he could have it in 2 days),,,,,,what a lier! Another time went there and he(Stephen) acted like he just did not care about your business and treated me as if I knew nothing about firearms. What a joke and what a bunch of liers!!!!! Stay away! They used to have the guns out on the floor and an older gentleman and he was sharp and tried to treat you right. Stephen, well, I guess is just an idiot and no sense of customer service. Superb Service, Gorgeous Jewelry 2/16/2010

I have been a customer for 9 years or more and have had nothing but SUPERB service. I am a military spouse and when I visit my parents in Aiken S.C., I always make it a priority to stop in and look around with the intention of purchasing jewelry. \r \r The owner is great, as is the staff. The jewelry is Gorgeous. \r You will not find beautiful pieces like this at any mall.\r \r I will continue to purchase my jewelry from the Jewelers Loupe no matter where my husband is stationed.\r They are rated #1.\r \r Thanks for your fine service, again and again. more

WORST PLACE EVER 1/12/2010

This is the worst jewelers/pawn shop I have ever been too. The people were very RUDE and I don't think that they care if they ever get your bussiness again. I went there to get a loan and then went up front to ask a question about some Jewelry I own and that man with black hair and in a suite was just a Douche. He needs to take some time off to look at his additude.. I mean really he only has a job because of the customers, so he needs to treat them better also that blonde chick needs to look at herself and fix her additude..DON'T GO THERE THEY ARE RUDE A$$HOLES >>> GO TO SOME OTHER PLACE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE THANKFUL. more

No Stars at all. To give this place any credit as a reputable dealer of guns or jewelry would be a travesty. The costumer service is non existent. IF you want to be talked down to and have a horrible shopping experience; by all means go. If you want costumer satisfaction, mark this place off you're list. more

Unsatisfied customer 10/5/2008

This is a pawnshop/jewelry shop. They use to have a bigger selection of guns available, but now the few rifles and pistols (all over priced) are stuck in a corner behind the main counter. I am use to a bit of bartering when I purchase a firearm. These people are crazy especially since you know half there stock is from lost pawn's. They wont even let you reach across the counter to pick up a firearm to look at it. \r I guess I'm to use to the friendly staff at north Augusta's Guns-N-Thing's were I am allowed to freely walk behind counter pick up a rifle I'm interested in and then barter a fair price. \r The jeweler's loupe is more of a DON'T TOUCH kinda store were you feel almost like they don't even want to be bothered with you. more
