Service/Maintenance Visit 6/6/2017

Patrick did an excellent job, in addition to checking my high velocity system, he offered several suggestions for better operation of my system, stopped numerous times to explain what he was doing and ask if I had any questions. I would welcome him back to work on my system. Good Job! more

The Ice Man is AWESOME! 2/16/2017

We've been a customer of The Ice Man for a LONG time. And there are many reasons: Their Price, their Work and, most notably, their Customer Service. Patrick has been the one who comes out to the house when/if there are any problems (which are few and far between, because their products, may of which are proprietary items, are High Quality). He is quick, "quiet," and very knowledgable regarding the work he'll be doing, the products he'll be using and any questions we might have regarding our System. You CAN NOT go wrong with The Ice Man!! more

Efficient, fast and very kindly 11/15/2016

Chris fixed the heating issue and took time to explain and show me what had cause the breakdown. As I'm renting the house and not familiar with the installation, he explained me the necessary maintenance for the coming years. Very helpful. Service much appreciated. more

We have been using The Ice Man for several years and we wouldn't call anyone else. All of the employees are respectful and kind. They fix any problem we have in a timely manner. The are prompt and always have the parts stocked . Every experience has been a pleasant one. It is so hard to find honest hard working people who know what they are doing, but The Ice Man is the best! more
