Friendly staff and great inventory 4/28/2011

Why does it feel like the first review is a lowe's employee? Hmm. Last several times I've been to home depot, there is always friendly folks wanting to lend a helping hand. Unless you were suspicious, they would of given you a gift card at the least so you could go find what you want. Story does not add up. more

Terrible customer service! 12/28/2010

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I used to go to Home Depot exclusively until one day when I went to exchange a broken table I had bought there a week earlier. The manager said since I had no receipt, there was nothing he could do to help me, and turned and walked away. Absolutely a jerk of a manager! I took the broken table to Home Depot on 1960 and they exchanged it for a working table, no questions asked.\r I will always use Lowe's now, and I find their customer service is far superior and the employees and much more knowledgeable than over at the Home Depot. more

Great store! 4/11/2005

This Home Depot location has very friendly employees and fast service. I love the fact that they open a new lane when they see others are very long. I can find everything I need there. Whenever I need help someone is always there to answer my questions. I love thier kids workshops they offer. They are always so nice to the kids. What a great store! more
