First off they weren't the cheapest, but I thought; ""a national company, they must back their stuff"" - WRONG! When I had a problem it was phone call after phone call to get it resolved. I was just about ready to give up and finally found someone who corrected the problem to my satisfaction. I doubt I would ever use them again - they are nothing more than a big company with no accountability.
