poor customer service 5/3/2006

i shop often at home improvement stores, however, this store has major problems with customer service. don't believe me go to curstomer service desk and wait and wait and wait...better yet ask a question. aahhh. Otherwise eveything else is like other home deopot ... very good. Pros: inventory Cons: customer service more
