Bad Stocking habits? 11/23/2010

On several occasions I've stopped at this home depot to buy a product advertised in the Sunday paper. They never have it in stock. The latest was for the 7.5 foot pre-lit Wesley artificial Christmas tree. The sale started on Sunday but by Tuesday they were out. How many do they stock? three??? No promise of a raincheck, or that they would even be getting anymore in. shoulder shrugging and ""Stop in next week, we might have more"" was the most helpful comment. Sure. next week when they aren't on sale. I don't think I'll bother anymore. more

Home Depot is in need of help. 9/21/2009

Went into your store on sunday the 20th for some paint. Their were 8 people around the desk, and one guy named kevin taking care of all of them. He was doing a great job, but no other help in sight. How can you as a company put your workers through that. Your workers must hate it there. Get some help people, before everybody stops shopping there. 1 star for good worker, -4 stars for half hour wait. more

Home Depot is great! 9/14/2009

I purchased paint from the paint department. Had a wonderful experience. A salesman named Kevin got me everything i needed, and a few things i forgot about. He had excellent knowledge. He took care of me, and four others at the same time. I was really impressed. I thought the price was within reason. I would definitely recommend them. I would suggest to shop when you have the time, as it does get busy. more
