I was very unhappy with the phone service I received from the phone answerer, Shauna, at the Dearborn, Michigan, Home Depot Store, the Electrical and Lighting Department. I called four times with my question; each time she did not pursue anyone to answer my question (Do you carry solar-powered Christmas wreath lights?). The final time I called she hung up on me. Being in a service-oriented business myself, the customer deserves respect and a yes or no answer to their question OR try to find someone that can answer their question. My questions to Shauna were posted on Sat., Dec. 6, around 3:00 p.m. The end result is that I will not shop at Home Depot if I cannot at least get some satisfaction to my inquiry as a consumer. There are many other places to get my questions answered in a manner that a customer deserves. Susan Hill
