Knowledgeable and Stress-Free 3/8/2012

I look at my sitting room and am reminded of the wonderful service and advice Roge, the Color Specialist, gave us. When we ordered our blinds he was very helpful and made us feel at ease. He provided us with options we would never have known were available and several tips and suggestions. He event went the extra mile and helped us select the paint for the room. I wish he was still available...I have a powder room that could use his expertise :-) more

Great Customer Service from Charles! 10/15/2010

We were having blinds cut so that they fit our windows properly. Charles (flooring department) was VERY helpful! He made the process quick and easy. He provided us with great customer service and was very personable. He made our experience shopping at 'Home Depot' a very positive one. We'll definitely come back! more

Our Issaquah Home Depot Experience 7/30/2010

We needed new carpets and pads for two rooms in preparation for putting our house on the market. After researching price, quality, availability, etc. at the local home stores we found Issaquah Home Depot to be the best choice. Working with the flooring and design specialist, Teresa Elliot, was a wonderful experience! Her guidance and knowledge were very helpful throughout our purchasing process. By the quality of service provided by everyone on the team, including the exact measuring specialist and the carpet installers, you'd have thought we had purchased carpet for the entire house. As a result, Issaquah Home Depot will be our choice for all future home needs! Diane and Gary more

I just want to say the homedepot in issaquah has come a long way when it comes to customer service. Teresa and Adam went well out of their way to make sure we were happy with our tile needs. And I will have to say that because of these two I will be using home depot for more of my larger projects. Snoqualmie Valley Tile & Marble more

Corey and Erik in the paint dept. 8/23/2008

Having to buy paint and get the color right can be a difficult experience at best. Corey and Erik were not only helpful, but friendly and genuinely caring. They took time to mix and remix until I was satisfied...while helping a lot of other customers. It is nice to be treated as though someone truly cares and these young men did a great job! Thanks guys! more

Better Service 8/31/2005

This Home Depot offered better service and lower prices than its Redmond location. The store was clean, easy to navigate and well-stocked. A very nice woman at the checkout turned around my husband's previously negative experience just a couple of days before and was very kind, helpful and friendly. This location was better staffed and therefore they were able to help when we had questions. I highly recommend this Home Depot, especially for larger purchases as they had an excellent deal on a large drill set and often have good sales. PROS: Nice clean store, well-staffed CONS: more

Fix up your home... 4/27/2005

Home Depot has many supplies and products that will help you fix up your home. They have everything you would need to remodel a bathroom or kitchen or even just to put up a fenc or make you backyard look nice. The prices at Home Depot are good and the staff will always help you find whatever you need. You can even find books here to help you for those do it yourself projects. more
