I went in to get a key made for my House. I walked up to the counter where they cut the keys which is right next to the Customer Service desk. A white guy was working the C. Service desk. I waited for about 10min while he helped a white lady. After he finished instead of coming over and helping me he walked right passed me and went to sit in the ""office"" in the back of the C Service desk. another female walked up shortley after. She came over to help after about 3 more minutes of waiting. While she was helping me another white lady walked up to the counter he came from out of the office to help her with no problem. Then to make matters worst when I got home and stuck the key in the door to see if it worked it got STUCK! I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I explained what was going on and what happend and he just brushed it off. I described the guy to the manager and he just said ""Oh"" maybe the guy I was describing was was him I dont know. He transfered me to someone else and was not concerned with helping me. The person he transfered me to wanted me to A: unscrew my door knob and remove it leaving my house wide open and bring it up to the store NOT or B: sleep with the key in the door knob and bring it in the next day. I explained to this man that with the key in the door knob the door would not lock. He said do you have a dead bolt lock. Me: yes but thats besides the point. Horrible service!!! FYI: I apologize if I offended anyone by saying white guy or white lady Unlike the employess at Home Depot I am not racist! It is a new day racist people need to get a clue!
