I never have a problem at this Home Depot finding someone to help me. Kay helped me today and was quick, thorough and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed.

This store is so slow and under staffed. No one is ever available to answer your questions. If you go to customer service they are no better. Can never help you and the lines are ...

Kitchen and Bath Installer 11/27/2007

The Pits.\r In my experience,this is the poorest run Home Depot in the area. \r Inventory control is out of control. Products are out of stock and all mixed up. I once asked if an out of stock item could be ordered and was told, "not until the computer says it is out of stock." \r Most of the employees are ignorant, lazy, stupid, rude, and unwilling to help customers. One employee would not let me enter a closed off section to grab a door, even though the machine was idle and there was no operator present. Nor would he hand me a door, which was 10 feet from us, even though he was doing nothing but waiting for a machine operator to come. \r Managers are no where to be found. My advice, shop elsewhere. more

Always crowded, but you can get some good deals 6/4/2005

This place is a zoo, especially on the weekends during the summer. The prices are reasonable and they often have workshops for specific projects. But don't expect a lot of help-- the employees always seem a little overwhelmed. Be sure you know exactly what you need before you leave the house. more

This store is so slow and under staffed. No one is ever available to answer your questions. If you go to customer service they are no better. Can never help you and the lines are long and frustrating. They don't always have the same thing that other Home Depots carry. PROS: Good question CONS: the store staff, customer services is lacking more

A Quality Home Improvement Store 5/9/2005

Unlike other Home Depots in the area, this store location is extremely well-organized, well-staffed, and pleasant. Everyone who works here seems friendly and helpful, and if they can't help you, they at least try. They have a truck you can rent to help you carry your purchases home, and they went out of their way to avoid overcharging us or ripping us off for this service. Helpful hint: the best time to shop is early Sunday morning - the sales associates are all there and ready to help, but you don't have to deal with the crowds! more
