I bought a new electric stove from Home Depot 10 days ago. The delivery people dropped it off, hooked it up and left. They didn't check to see if it works. The oven light does not turn on. The stove shocks you when you touch it and the sink at the same time. I have spent hours on the phone with Home Depot and Maytag, they say if they send service out and it is just a burnt out bulb I will get a service charge. Seriously! On a brand new stove? They say I need to make sure it is grounded. I submitted a review on Home Depot on their website and it was rejected. The reviews on Home Depot website are rejected if they are not favorable to them. I will have to dispute the sale with my credit card company. So much for customer service.
