I would have to say the service at the Lufkin Home Depot is excellent. I frequent home improvement stores and I found the employees very helpful and I was able to find just what i needed. I would recommend it to anyone in the area over the competition, after comparing most every store of this kind in the area. more

Since you do move around alot maybe you have not been in The Home Depot in Lufkin in a while. I am actually one of the managers from this store and the service level has taken a 180 degree turn. I challenge you to come back to our store, and if the service level is not where you think it should be ask to speak to manager and let them know you need some help or have a concern.... more

No Service 7/19/2005

Home Depot was the most unhelpful place I've been in before. There was no one around to ask for help and when I would get someone to try to help me they didn't know what in the world they were doing. The Home Depot in Lufkin, TX is the worst one that I have ever been in. Been in quite a few as we move around quite often so we are always in and out of The Home Depot. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I would recommend them go to Lowes or go to another city to try to find what they need. more
