Although this company has decent reviews, my experience with them was horrible. First of all, they did not deliver on their service to me or my house. My home was ruined after my tenants left. Herndon sent several agents out to my home during the time I had renters; not one agent reported that my house was damaged. When the tenants moved out, I came to valdosta to find the house with no grass in the backyard, a smell so bad throughout the house that I have to replace the carpet, and damaged pieces in my home. If you actually care about your home and how's it's taken care of and left, don't use this company because they do NOT!
