The Grove

I WISH I HAD SEEN YOUR POST BEFORE I MOVED IN TO THE GROVE........I MADE A BIG MISTAKE. I had better choices in other apartments but i fell for the low rent at the GROVE what a big mistake, there is no privacy u can be seen by your neighbors at all times what the use of the patio or balcony when u have to close the blind at all times and my neighbor across is very nosy. I never got to enjoy my patio. The parking lot is a nightmare if you come home later than 4:00 pm good luck finding a parking space. The walls are too thin you can hear your neighbors fighting and loud TV noises. The manager of the Grove is a horrible person, i am sure she is bitter and lonely and she picks on people for fun . I had a few boxes and a few rods in my patio and i got a notice saying that if i don't remove it right away that i have to leave my apartment. I ADVICE YOU IF YOU WANT YOUR FREEDOM THAN DO NOT MOVE IN TO THE GROVE your freedom is taken away when u sign the lease. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible. Not only does the management not care about long term residents, the entire facility is just the worst place to live . Where do I start..the pools are never clean, god forbid if you have more than one car, the mgmt never responded to the fact wasps built several nests on the balcony and in the storage closet (I personally had to take these out), there is a narcotics dealer who hangs out front of the complex all day, smoking cigs and passing items to cars that pull up, the parking is horrific, they have been doing forceful renovations for more than 8 months, people abandon stolen cars in the parking lots for 2 months, and mgmt does nothing no matter how often you call. THE CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN THEN ABANDONED...TOW THAT SHIAT! They are not re-newing leases, so once your term is up, they tell you you either have to move to a newly renovated place at 500 more dollars, or leave the property. Have I complained about the parking? For 9 months they have blocked 6 open spaces with a dumpster and refrigerators, and old stoves. Then the local homeless come and pillage for spare parts. Do not move here, you will regret it. My lease was active for 8 years, until they decided they could not re-new the lease, and off it for hundreds more a month. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
