I have lived at the Grove Apartments for 2 years and there is certainly more to complain about than rave about. The rooms are decently sized, as are the walk-in closets and bathrooms and the entire apartment (2 bdr/2 bath or 3 bdr/3 bath) is fully furnished. I feel like it could be a really nice place if the corporate management would just let it. Instead of being concerned with the condition of the facilities, whoever is making the decisions is worrying about the bottom line. They DO NOT change the carpet in the entire apartment, just the room being vacated. As a result, the living room carpet is a different color than two of the bedrooms. The maintenance is terrible--in fact, I put in a work order for a hole in the wall left by a previous roommate 20 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. \r
