The Grove

I'm writing this after what was just conducted by the grove and their staff. It's 10 am on a monday morning and their is banging at the door. maintenance maintenance! I'm with my girlfriend and there's no way were getting up. So not only do they let them selves in but he say something like "were doing room inspections if you're in bed stay covered up" so he busts into my girlfriends room while she is naked under the covers and writes down something and leaves. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS piece of crap! I will be visiting the manager personally about this one. more

This place is horrible. I have never been so happy to move out of anywhere in my life. The management is horrible. The overages on the electric each month can not be explained - they must be pocketing the money. If something breaks it stays broken. The worst part is when you move out they will try and gouge you for everything and anything. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE more

I have lived at the Grove Apartments for 2 years and there is certainly more to complain about than rave about. The rooms are decently sized, as are the walk-in closets and bathrooms and the entire apartment (2 bdr/2 bath or 3 bdr/3 bath) is fully furnished. I feel like it could be a really nice place if the corporate management would just let it. Instead of being concerned with the condition of the facilities, whoever is making the decisions is worrying about the bottom line. They DO NOT change the carpet in the entire apartment, just the room being vacated. As a result, the living room carpet is a different color than two of the bedrooms. The maintenance is terrible--in fact, I put in a work order for a hole in the wall left by a previous roommate 20 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. \r \r The worst part is, the parking lot fills up like a swimming pool whenever it rains too hard. The whole complex was built on a swamp and as a result of some flooding a few years ago, it has a more
