Best place to buy a Swimming Pool! 1/3/2012

Some friends of ours suggested we go to the Pool Place to look at installing an inground pool for our family. Even though it was their Christmas season, the salesperson Doc was very helpful in finding what we wanted! I was very impressed with their customer service skills and variety of options for our pool. I can't wait to be able to use it next spring! more

Terrible Customer Service 6/25/2011

If I could I would have given a lower rating. My husband and I purchased an inground pool $25,000.00. Sales person ""DOC"" was very nice and professional, BUT everything else was a nightmare. Installer finally showed up after we had to call and visit The Pool Place. Gave us a very low estimate and we never heard back, my husband had to call The Pool Place again before Scott finally called back and told him it was going to be an additional $4,000.00 + and said he would bring all the details out to us in writing on Monday, never showed up or called. We went back to The Pool Place today and were told Scott is thew owners husband!!!! Oh well guess that is why he didn't care if he called or showed up. We cancelled our order and got a refund. Go else where to purchase your pool we sure are!!!!!! more

Christmas at the Pool Place! 5/4/2009

Christmas at the Pool Place is great! They have such a great selection of Christmas decorations and always have great displays for ideas! The Pool Place is always top on my list for decorations! They also have a good selection of clearance items in the loft. more

The Best folks in town 12/2/2005

I have done business with the Pool Place for years. They have the best selection and their staff is the best. The keep knowledgable staff on year round and they know their stuff. Also, their pricing is almost always the best you can find. more
