The Grand Theater

I wish I knew of some place to get cheaper movie tickets!!! We are a family of 5 (mom, dad, and 3 children) and it cost us a large fortune to go to the movies. Of course, the kids like to keep up with all the other kids at school as far as movie going is concerned. You know how kids brag. I find it MUCH cheaper to purchase the movie as soon as it comes out on DVD. It is also much more comfortable to be in our home, relaxed, to watch the movie. I do have to say that the local Grand Theater is very nice. It has comfortable seating with a little extra leg room than most theaters. The concession prices are really out of our budget though. When I go to the movie theater, I like to be comfortable. I don't like being crowded up and feel like I'm being hovered over. This is why I like the Grand Theater in Alexandria, La. It is the best (not to mention the newest) most modern theater that I have been to in a very long time! The grand has the best, most comfortable seating of any theater I have been in! The cocessions offers the best in snacks. You can even dine on Pizza while watching the movie!
