Overrated 11/11/2010

I was looking very forward to trying this place as I have heard a ton of hype about. I have to admit I was not at all impressed with the food and honestly everything was deep-fried or had so much fat in it. The Burger was basically raw. I LOVED the broccoli then was told by my waitress that they “flash fry it”. Why in the world would you fry the one healthy thing on the menu when you can get the same result as roasting? Everyone said the bacon wrapped matzo balls were the thing to try but honestly they were nothing to write home about. The drinks are original and good and it’s a cool fun environment. However, if you want to go to the bathroom you have to go to the basement and it’s disgusting. The staff was incredibly friendly. I went with a group of 10 of us and none of us were impressed. more
