While many people easily take time to express their anger at poor service, I am compelled to take the time to express appreciation for the above and beyond service I recently experienced with Joe and Globetrotter Luggage. I am heading out on a long international trip next week and am under tight time deadlines. Upon examination of my packing options, I found three luggage bags needed repair help. I took the bags into Globetrotters and they more than took care of the issues. They happily packed and shipped two very large and unwieldly Hartman's and only charged me a nominal shipping fee. Their connections to the manufacturers resulted in several considerations I could never have gotten on my own - Hartman fixed 10+yr old bags and drop shipped to my house. Without missing a beat, they then used their connections with High Sierra to get a replacement of a bag whose backplane was shattered. High Sierra dropped the ball a bit but Globetrotters kept after them and were able to get a free (!)
