They did a really good job on a recent framing job, and the staff was really nice to me! They went out of their way to be helpful-- they may be a little expensive but it's worth it. I had this picture reframed several times off-Square before they finally got it right at the Frame Up. more

Too expensive, rude staff 11/18/2005

The Frame-Up will frame an item up nicely but the customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. And, because they are located on the historic Square, they have prices that are crazy for a frame job. Go off the Square and get it done a LOT cheaper. PROS: nice framing job CONS: pricey more
