That should tell you everything you need to know about this complex, which former Mayor Willie Brown wanted to convert to low income housing since 20% of the units were not habitable when they built it. Unless you get your jollies interacting with incompetent and just plain arrogant jerks in the office, save yourself the torture and go elsewhere. If the plans are for you to end up in Hell, you will get there, trust me - but don't rush it by renting here.
Cons: Awful staff, high crime, shootings, warfare, substandard construction in case of earthquake
