It would have been a much more enjoyable experience if my service wouldn't have had multiple interuptions by other staff members attempting to schedule someone elses appointment. ...

I have had a few facials over the years and I think Tracy is the best. She is very thorough and gives lots of tips and great advice. I would highly recommend her. more

COLOR AND HIGHLIGHTS 10/8/2011

I went in for a complimentary consulation for hair color. I decided to have the color done by Rebecca and I'm very happy I did. She new exactly what I wanted and did a great job. I've been to her twice, and will continue to have my hair color at your salon. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. more

The Face and Body provides the best experience. From the time I walk thru the door til the time I leave I feel like I'm treated like a valued customer. I enjoy the experience and that alone is worth every dollar! I have been a client of Dawn's for years and she does a great job and makes it an enjoyable evening. Where else can you enjoy a glass of wine and relax while you're getting cut, color, style and a pedicure AND feel like you're among friends not in a snobbish establishment! GREAT JOB to the entire team at The F&B too! :) more

Staff is always friendly and I like that they offer you something to drink before your appointment and provide water after a massage. Leighanna is a great massage tech - I would recommend her for any type of massage! more

Manicure 9/6/2011

The manicurist was very nice, but I am very unhappy with my manicure. I spent a lot of money on the manicure to have it last not even three days. Maybe there is something wrong with the product that was used but the manicure should have lasted much longer than it did. more

Excellent Service 9/5/2011

I have been going to Face & Body Spa in O'Fallon for over a year now and I always make my appointments with MC Ames. She listens to me about my concerns and advises me on my skin care. I trust her advice. I only wish the O'Fallon location offered the lazer treatments, Botox and fillers because I am interested in trying them but I hate going to a new location where I am unfamiliar with the personnel. I will continue going to MC for all my other services because I am more than pleased with her expertise and advice. more

false advertisement and bad management 8/25/2011

Bad customer service from manager and general manager! General manager would not even come out of her office to talk to me! Beware of false advertisement, and after the fact having you pay full price for what the online ad said was discounted. Beware of them putting you with the most expensive stylist without letting you know until after you've already had service done. Don't expect management to take off anything on the price either after the fact! They don't care about their customers, they don't work with you at all......I will never be back there and neither will my friends and family!! Everyone I know will hear about this! more

I love the face and the body for Massages. They are competitively priced and I always get a wonderful massage. The therapists seem to have the best technique in the area. I have been to several spa's all over the country and this is by far my favorite. The one complaint I would have is the turnover, just when you get comfortable with your therapist they seem to leave. Fortunately all of them are wonderful so it hasn't kept me away. more

  • The Face & The Body Day Spa & Salon was founded in 1979 to fill a vital need for skin care in the St. Louis area. Years of research, travel and advanced training in esthetics led us to create a spa offering a variety of services: facials, make-up application and instruction, waxing, manicures and pedicures, herbal wraps and massage.

    As it grew, the The Face & The Body Day Spa & Salon expanded its service offerings, including a wider variety of specialized facials and body treatments. We created an innovative and effective "house brand" of skin care products and cosmetics, Sante, initiating an on-going dedication to providing clients with effective home-care products to maintain and enhance the benefits they receive from their spa services.

    The Face & The Body Day Spa & Salons are available in three convenient locations in Brentwood, Chesterfield and O'Fallon.
