Have to agree COMPLETELY with Natasha... I called to see about bringing in two items for consignment. The owner's first question was whether or not I had been in her store yet. I responded that I had not yet had time, as I had just moved here full time in February. Her response? ""You've had time"". Really? Classy response. Not inviting or professional, but totally rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she prefers it if people consigning items come to see her store first to see if the items are a ""fit"". Isn't that the whole point of scheduling an appointment to allow her to review the items? She begrudgingly asked what items I had. I described them to her. One she didn't want. That's ok. I understand. She told me that if I brought the other in, it would have to be for store credit. I was pretty much fed up by this point, not so much because of the policy, but because of the pretentious, rude attitude that words can't accurately describe. Abrasive would be close. So, I said, ""well I have a store that I use in another state that I've worked with for many years, I'll just send it to them. Thanks."" I hung up the phone. Wasn't trying to be rude. But the phone call was done. I was fed up with her attitude. She proceeded to CALL ME BACK on my cell phone and tell me that she didn't respond well to people hanging up on her!!! Then she began to argue with me when I told her that I had read Natasha's review below and found it to be dead on. At that point, I hung up. This time she was in mid-sentence. Don't regret it one bit. I have not yet encountered ANYONE with worse people skills, especially in the retail sector. Head to the outlet mall. There are lots of options there sans absolutely appalling attitude. Congrats to the owner! I will now never set foot in her store -- EVER!!
