I am not at all a big fan of this bank. They just aren’t very customer service friendly unless you've lived in this town all your life and they know who you are. I tried to get a personal loan threw then once an they just kept giving me the run around they never called back when they said they would. I finally said I was going to go with another bank and that’s when they started treating me like a human being. more

Lifelong customer 12/2/2005

I have been banking at Exchange Bank for over 20 years. Even though I now live two hours away, I still regularly use my checking account and a savings account. They are a breeze to work with as an out of town customer. They offer online banking and have four locations in Atchison alone. Their tellers are always very friendly and they have fast service. I highly recommend this financial institution. more
