I went to the Everett Clinic in Mill Creek, WA, five times in 2008 looking for relief from a chronic sinus infection. The first time I went, the doctor was very personable and actually looked at me and seemed to listen. Two weeks later, I got a letter stating that she was leaving the clinic. After that I had a series of doctors who came in, sat down at the computer, asked a couple of questions and prescribed medicine. They all gave me the same medicines. They all knew, because I told them, that this was not being resolved by these medicines. Only once did the doctor even look in my nose or actually, physically touch me. Very little eye contact was made. Despite the information being in the computer about my medication allergies, I had to remind the doctor, who was staring at the computer, twice about said allergies as he tried to prescribe those particular medications for me. I have since resolved my medical problem with the help of a Naturopath. If you want to spend a lot of money to feel unimportant and unnoticed and even invisible-go to the Everett Clinic.
Pros: The front desk staff works very hard to handle the patient load
Cons: The doctors are terrible cold and impersonal, don't listen
