The Estates of Northwoods

Ugh! After living here for a year, I can honestly say I wish we had taken our time looking. To say the least, the remotes for the gates wouldn't work, and the office staff wouldn't exchange them, however, that wasn't really a problem because the gates didn't work either and they were open most of the time. We even had a couple of break ins to the cars in the parking lot. However, the worse part, were the over charges upon moving out. We received a statement with $400 in charges we were not responsible for, which we are disputing, but so far they are not responding. Not fair!! more

PLEASE DON't MOVE HERE... RUN Since the day that we moved in we have had issues with management & staff. I've never felt like this before I have been treated like a piece of trash that doesn't deserve a decent treatment specially since I pay a sufficient amount of money (which you will think that should be sufficient for one to be treated like a worthy human being).Every time I call the office for any reason you get a tone from the person of the other side, anything I say I are always wrong, I also been yelled at for no reason, every time I ask for something from an email address to a maintenance issue you get a ""sight"" from the person answering the phone. The staff along with the manager are extremely arrogant. The STAFF is never wrong, the tenant that pays on time ALWAYS is. There are better places in the area for the same amount of money that you will pay at this horrible place. more
