Worst

The egg & I is OK but I do not think it is anything to write home about. It is fast but the food tastes like it comes out of a box. Pros: fast, good service Cons: food

An Excellent Local – and Successful – Breakfast Chain 2/28/2006

Even local restaurants grow if they are worthy, and The Egg and I is an excellent example of that: they have a dozen or so small restaurants throughout Colorado. The one I went to was the one near the Denver Tech Center. Both times I went there, everything I ordered was excellent: my chai, the fruit and yogurt dish, and the omelet. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes breakfast foods! more
