A great beauty experience! 6/17/2006

As soon as I walked into the Cutting Room, I felt that this was the perfect hair salon for me. I loved the people, I LOVED my hair, and I loved the atmosphere. It's a small, cozy, and very friendly hair salon. I felt that I had the stylist's full attention and she was truly working to make me feel beautiful. I would highly recommend the Cutting Room, and have recommended it to many of my friends and family. Thank you Cutting Room, from a very happy customer! Where's the service gone? 10/27/2005

The owner gave me directions. I followed them. It took me ALMOST AN HOUR.I was still early;that's just me. There was one stylist there. She was applying foils to her client. Apparently she didn't have a name. She only looked up when I came in. I told her who I was and withwhom I had an appoinment and at what time. I heard nothing else from her but for the occassional ""cutting room"" that she mumbled into the telephone several times, while she left her client. She paid no attention to me whatsoever for the next forty-five minutes. I waited until fifteen minutes past my appointment time and left.
