The Crystal Room is a multi-purpose event hall where you can host any event up to 60 people and bring your own food! We strive to provide a clean, safe and affordable intimate space to host all your events year round! From parties to children's events, live entertainment, church services and all points in between, we are here to serve you! Here are some F.A.Q.'s that will address important questions about our space: Location The Crystal Room is located at 22225 Kelly Road, Eastpointe, Michigan 48021 just south of 9 Mile. We are located in a small strip mall with other small businesses (Papa John's Pizza Plaza). Capacity The Crystal Room can accommodate up to a maximum of 60 people. Rental Hours Rental times are available seven days a week from 8am-1am. Office Hours We are available for viewings and consultations Tuesday Thursday and Friday 11:00am-6:00pm. You do not need an appointment, however, we ask that you please call in advance. Parking There is plenty of free parking in and around The Crystal Room. There is parking in the strip mall both where The Crystal Room is located and the strip mall next door as well as a small parking lot in the rear of the strip mall next door. Food The Crystal Room does not offer catering services. You may bring your own food or hire a professional caterer. We do not have a kitchen facility, refrigerator or microwave. Please bring proper cook ware, chaffing dishes and coolers for your food. Alcohol Alcohol may be served at your social event or at your ticketed event by a caterer with a liquor license. No BYOB events are allowed and no alcohol may be sold at any time. Smoking There is no smoking allowed inside of The Crystal Room. Tables We have round tables 60" for our guest that seat 8. There are 4 rectangular 6 foot tables available for special uses (i.e. food, gift). Live Concerts Live concerts are allowed, however, we ask that you bring your own sound system. Handicap Accessible Yes, we are handicap accessible according to State regulations. Restrooms We have two, one stall restroom's for men and ladies.
