Cruise Experts- that sums it up! 9/27/2013

Robin Souder, of Cruise Experts guided us through our selection of a December cruise in Northern Europe. It was beautiful. We were on the Cunard's Queen Victoria, Sailing out of Southhampton, with calls at Gothenburg, Sweden, Copenhagen Denmark, and Hamburg Germany. A spectacular trip. Robin did a wonderful job in the arrangements. We will definitely use Cruise Experts for all of our cruising vacations in the future. more

Robin handled one European River cruise for us that was fantastic and we have another scheduled with her for next month. 9/27/2013

Robin is great! She always go the extra mile to get us the best service. Our latest cruise from Budhapest to Nuremberg was canceled in June by Viking Cruise lines because of the worst flooding in 600 years. Robin immediatley jumped on the phone and get us one of the only two remaining booking slots for the year. As a result of her hard work, we will still be able to have our vacation this year rather than having to wait another year. She also handled our flight and nights in London on the way to the cruiose and a couple of nights in Munich after the cruise. She is #1. more

The Cruise Experts make every cruise incredibly special. 9/25/2013

I've used The Cruise Experts International Inc. several times, and they have been awesome each time. They always have little personal amenities to welcome us when we board the ship, like bottles of wine or chocolate covered strawberries. I had a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband, and they helped me prepare for MONTHS! We had about 20 other people on the cruise with us, and The Cruise Experts made sure that they were hidden for the surprise. They also arranged for us to have a private cocktail party as we were leaving the port. They made it an EXTREMELY special experience, even putting little door placards commemorating the event on all of the birthday party guests' doors! more

Great experience! 9/24/2013

I arranged for a large group of 35 to 40 people to go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. The owners, a couple, came with us and it was totally like a concierge on steroids. Everything was don really well. They stayed with us and checked in to make sure everything was great. The total experience was 5+. It was really great. Freddy Langston more
