The Crazy PC

Avoid and report this guy!!! I don't trust him with my personal information on my pc, especially after I ask the residents within the area about his business due to me being upset with the service he could not provide for me.The residents inform me that he ""frauds people personal information off of their pc's"" and currently there's a partition up in the building lobby of ""3033 middle town road"" right across the street from his shop"" my impression was what!! I wish I have ask someone before walking in his shop earlier that day. I don't understand how someone can rate this scam artist 5 stars unless it is his close relatives/friends, co-workers or him simply creating emails rating himself. He really needs to be investigated and his scam business needs to be shut down. more

Unfortunately, when it comes to The Crazy PC, it's definitely buyer BEWARE!!! I had a piece of equipment that needed a battery replaced. I was charged $40. to change the battery and an additional $40. for the actual battery itself. When I expressed that I thought that was very expensive for a little battery, I was told that it was a very expensive piece and he was sorry but he had to charge me that much for it because it was such a ""special"" battery. I reluctantly paid him the $80. and went on my way because I really needed my equipment for work that evening. I then had to stop at Radio Shack to purchase something else and as an afterthought as I was leaving, I asked if they sold this particular battery, showing him the one that had been replaced from my machine. I was told of course they had it and the price for it was $5.99. I then called the young man at The Crazy PC to let him know that I knew he had ripped me off and basically all he could do was laugh it off. Shame on me for not knowing better but shame on him for being so dishonest. He lost a lot of business that I had already spoken with him about bringing to his store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store at all. BUYER BEWARE!!! DISHONEST!!! RIP OFF!!! more
