The Cove at Cooper Lakes

I wish I had found out about the horrible leasing staff BEFORE I moved to this community. The staff is so unprofessional that it is sometimes unbelievable. I have lived in several apartment communities and have NEVER experienced the rudeness and unfriendly service that the staff provides. They ALL need extensive customer service training (including the manager). I always believed that the staff in the leasing office was naturally courteous and friendly but with those individuals, that is not the case. Hopefully some things improve and they receive training or improvement from other GREAT communities in the Central Ohio area. Someone needs to help them or they will lose future leasees very quickly. Reconsider moving here if you are accustomed to friendly and caring staff because this is something The Cove at Cooper Lakes does not provide. more

The management team at The Cove at Cooper is discourteous, rude and highly untrained from top to bottom. After you move in you will not receive any sort of service. I hope that no one ever has to have the nightmare experience I had with this apartment complex. They do not return phone calls and make countless mistakes in regard to rent payments and lease signings. I spoke with several neighbors when I lived there that had the same problems. I now live in an Edwards Community and highly recommend them. more
