I see not much has changed with the countertop store. I ordered countertops a while back and he said 4 to 6 weeks to put them in and took 50% down payment . After the seventh week, we had to call him to find out where our countertops were and he would never return our calls. After multiple attempts to get a hold of him, his wife finally gave us a delivery date the following week. Then when his workers said they would be there at a specific time they were three hours late. finally 2 weeks later almost going on 9 weeks it was delivered --cracked in two pieces. His driver told us they tried to fix it which explains why they were late. I refused it and called to get my money back. The owner told me that not only would I not get my deposit back, he had planned to put the broken slab in temporarily until he could order another slab. I was never made aware of this small inconvience. Again I refused and a heated argument ensued. Finally, rather than continue arguing with him, I told him that I would get a lawyer and he said that he would see me in court. I hung up the phone and I contacted a small lawyer who in turned contacted him. Low and behold he called and told me to pick up my check. The worst experience ever. Thanks . Never again
