PILATES VITA IS THE BEST !!!!! 8/6/2011

This is definitely ""The Best Pilates in Denver"". I have been at 5 studios in Town before. But for the first time I found a place that I like in all aspects... I can enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the Studio. The teachers are great, friendly and helpful. The owner is always trying to help us with anytime we need, for schedule, for classes, pain researches... Well they fixed my back pain and I'm happy about it!!! If you are looking for a great Pilates Studio, you should check this place first! more

Lifesaver 11/3/2010

After my automobile accident in May, I came to Pilates Vita on the recommendation of a friend. Best thing I ever did for my neck, my lower back--and all the rest of me :) Well worth the trip from down South. Patricia and her staff are wonderful. The other clients are great. Classes are fun. All-in-all a terrific environment to workout in. more

What a bummer 11/1/2010

I bought a groupon to go to this studio and ended up getting in an accident requiring shoulder surgery right after I bought it. I called as soon as I was cleared to do pilates again, but was greeted by a lecture on how I should have used my groupon earlier. Had I had a crystal ball and foreseen my accident, I would have, but really had no choice. The woman I spoke to wasn't very flexible on this, and in my opinion, was rude and just said I should have used my groupon before my accident! I'm bummed because I was really excited to check this place out and start going there, but after this experience, I will gladly spend my money at Pilates on Broadway, which is a much friendlier studio. Wonderful understanding of body mechanics 4/7/2010

Patricia, the owner of Pilates Vita, has an amazing understanding of the human body and how to work with all types of physical challenges. Her studio has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Pilates Vita Changed My Life! 3/26/2010
