Like many of you, I’ve often encountered pharmacists who were rude, uninterested in the customers specific needs, and more interested in getting to the next order than being helpful.
That is why it was such a joy to find Frank Fata at the Corner Pharmacy(451 Third Ave., near 31st Street).
Frank is what every pharmacist strives to be, but so few are. His overriding concern is the customer’s needs, not merely filling the customer’s pharmaceutical needs, but helping the customer through the morass of confusing insurance and governmental forms and requirements. A number of times the requirements for getting a medication I desperately needed were unbelievably complex, but Frank, with patience and care, saved the day.
Frank screens every prescription carefully and has found mistakes that could have caused real problems
In short, if you want a pharmacy experience that renews your faith at a time when all pharmacies seem to be increasingly slipshod and expensive, try The Corner Pharmacy.
I have never been disappointed in my many years of going there. You won’t be disappointed either.
