We always enjoy going here because of the atmosphere as well as the food, service and the discount muffins. We have enjoyed their Mothers day buffet and also breakfast.

Biggest Breakfast Best Bet 1/4/2009

The Cookie Jar beats out the competition for the best breakfast in all of Fairbanks. The kitchen certainly doesn't skimp when it comes to quantity or quality. One feels like Alice after drinking the potion when a server sets a plate of mozzarella sticks or a side of toast on the table. more

Cookie jar Restaurant-makes the best cookies. 11/25/2008

Our family looks forward to long drives with a great big bag of fresh cookies. My husband also gets me the cookie bouquet for valentines and anniversary's when we lived in Fairbanks. These are such a cool idea instead of flowers. My husband likes the steak sandwich and I enjoy the steak pottage w/homemade bread. We have moved away from Fairbanks but always go to eat when in town visiting relatives. \r The Restaurant is also locally owned. I like to support locally own\r businesses where ever I'm at in my travels. Looking forward to stopping by during the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays. more

Great restaurant for breakfast or any other meal. A family restaurant that offers fresh cookies and baked goods for purchase at the checkout. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is improved since they first opened. The loud, clattery noise inside has been fixed with different decor. more
