I've lived at the Colonnade for a few months and am entirely satisfied with the facility. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. The area is quiet and has a nice walkway along the rock creek. Nicole and Katie in the office are fantastic; intelligent, competent and always pleasant. more

I have lived at Colonnade for a couple 5/1/2012

I have lived at Colonnade for a couple of years now and have been pretty happy. It is really close to work for me so I have more free time instead of being stuck in traffic. I also like that the trail is outside my back door so I can go for a run. I would recommend the Colonnade to anyone. more

Going Good So Far! 10/13/2011

I love that my car is inside the garage and not outside all night. This will be good when winter hits and I don't have to defrost my car. I love my one bedroom too. The bedroom is really big and perfect for me and I am close enough to walk to the Streets of Tannasbourne Mall. more

Nice Place to Live- 7/11/2011

The Colonnade is a nice place to live. It is close to everything for me and I can walk to many places. I live in a one bedroom and like that I have my own garage attached to my home. I would recommend the Colonnade it you like convenience. more
