The Children's Doctor

I have been trying for over TWO months for them to send my son's medical records to his new doctor. We have had the forms faxed from the new office and did not send them. The new doctor has called multiple times and left messages requesting the records and still has heard nothing back. They have faxed The Children's Doctor and have been ignored. I have personally called and left messages for the records department. I am completely frustrated with this office! My son needs to see a doctor, but I refuse to take him back to this office. I need his records to take him to a new doctor. What am I supposed to do when they are completely ignore me and the new doctor's office?? If I could give this doctors office no stars I would. TERRIBLE!!! more

Good: I love Children's Doctor. All four of our children attend there. They have always been extra prompt to give attention to sick visits, and take the time to figure out what the issue is and solving it properly. The front staff is well spoken and quick to attend. I wouldn't change doctors for the world unless we move from this area.. Bad: That they had to wait for complete medical records to see our youngest son that has failure to thrive.. Improvements: Possibly the children's area having more toys for them while waiting.. Other: Love them!. more

We've been with The Children's Doctor for 9+ years now. I think the only thing I have to complain about is the long waits in their Boonsboro office. But the doctor's and nurses are great! more

When my insurance changed at my husband's work we were forced to leave our pedi and go to this office. They were so disorganized and the staff didn't have a clue what was going on. We only saw the doctor once and I couldn't even understand a word he was saying. I started to think I could've gone to medical school and became a doctor. Luckily my old pedi picked up my new insurance company and we were able to go back to the with out any problems. more
