The staff was really helpful and friendly, no wait, no pain, got all I needed to get done the same day. Dr Horton is calm, reassuring and clear, and she really seems to care about her patients. Overall great experience. more

It's been years since I've been to a dentist. Dr. Amy Horton and her staff made sure that I didn't regret it. They were kind, gentle, and non-judgemental. I knew what was happening every step of the way, both physically and financially. You won't find a more comfortable place for dentistry. Very friendly and courteous staff. Regardless of when your last visit was, weeks or months ago, they remember you and treat you as if you are a “Preferred Client”! It makes visiting the dentist less anxious. I love the fact I can watch TV will Dr. Horton is drilling in my mouth! more

I have been in pain for about a week. The day before seeing Dr. Horton and her staff I tried another office. They told me I had problems, but they seemed exaggerated and I knew something was not right. So I called Dr. Horton's office for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. The staff understood my pain and sympathized with me. Asked if there was anything they could do to exceed my expectations! Right there I knew this was going to be different! I went in and the office staff treated me kindly and gently. I never felt any pain where at the other place I was near tears. Their diagnosis was different than the other office and I was so relieved! I will recommend this office to anyone that will listen! Finally I will not dread going to the dentist! more

My fear of dentist started when I was very young. After years of bouncing from one dentist to another, I found one that made me feel at ease. After moving away, I didn't think I could find anyone who could replace her. I'm glad to say I was wrong. I am very pleased and comfortable with Dr. Horton and her staff. It shows when I have my blood pressure checked at her office. more

My experience at Dr. Amy Horton's Office 8/15/2010

It had been a while since I had dental work done. I had a filling to come out so went in to have it refilled. After being examined they was more extensive problems than that. Being very anxious about what was to be done the doctor and staff made sure I was kept at ease and pain free throughout the procedure, and that they explained what was being done at each interval. I really appreciated that and them so I highly recommend Dr. Horton to anyone looking for a dentist. more

You know how you dread going to the dentist. Or maybe you have had a bad experince. If that is the case my I suggest the Carrollton Dentist, my dentist of choice of Dr. Amy Horton. Her staff is very friendly and professional. It was explained to me in great details was I would need to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy. And before anything is done they will discuss with your option for paying. When I leave there I leave with a smile on my face because the service that I recieved was professional. And they do a geat job in cleaning your teeth :) more

Dr. Horton and her staff are the best! They are always accomodating and exceed your expectations. The office has a very homey feel because of the wonderful ladies that work there and treat you so well. They go out of their way to put you at ease and ensure you are comfortable with any procedures being done. They take the time to explain things to you such as cost, treatment adn follow-up. They answer your questions before you can ask! I have been beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Horton and her staff! more

Amy Horton and her staff are exceptional in all ways. They are so nice and patient. My appt was at 1, and I was ushered into the room @ 1 and my crown was done in an hour. Never had such exceptional timing with any other doctor or dentist. They offer all kinds of things, other dentist just don't care about. They use quality supplies and have great up to date dental machines and appliances. Best Dental experience I have ever had - and I have had TONS of dental experiences. :) more

. I have always hated going to the dentist. As a child my mother took me to the 'Dental Trailer' where they didn't use novacaine, and believed that pain made kids take better care of their teeth (yes, the dentist said this to me). Dr. Horton and her staff are light years away from that. First time I have had cavities filled with no pain whatsoever. They were very sensitive to my fears and did wonders at making me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them to any one with a fear of dentist. more
