A Shock of Customer Serivce 8/28/2012

I had been with the Carrollton Dentist for almost 10 years but that will soon come to a end. The women up there have been wonderful, and I always looked forward to see them when I went in. They have HAD great customer service in the past but when I was in pain and needed someone to work with me she would rather lose me (and my wife) as patient(s) helping. I have always paid my bills with her and you would think that after using her for such a long time that she would take care of her long time Patient(s). Guess not???? I have never been this disappointed with the Carrollton Dentish like I have now in a dential emergency . WOW! I with her the best in the future of they are not my future Dentist. more
