They repaired my car, they did some major repairs that cost around $2500. The price was medium-high. So far everything has been ok.

I went to The Care Shop when I needed to have repairs done, and I couldn't be more pleased They are a just a delight, kind, and considerate. Simply the best. They did a check up for my car and worked on the alignment. They also checked my tires and the 60,000 mileage check up as well. They took real good care of me, which I appreciate as a senior. When I leave the shop, I am confident that everything's good to go. I think they're just really good Christian people, and it shows in their service and how they act. It was also the cleanest garage I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. more

The Care Shop was great. I went in there a few months ago to get an oil change and I was surprised by their courtesy and professionalism. I went there again a month ago when there was an issue with my clutch and also for another oil change. Mark and Rose are always friendly and professional. I only trust them with my car and I wont go anywhere else. more

I've only been to your business twice and both times I was desparate to have my car ready ASAP I was caring for an ill brother and needed to take him to a very important doctor appt , you fixed my car and we were able to make his appt. Sadly,he passed and on my way home from his memorial service my car started acting up, I drove straight to the care shop and told you how badly I needed my car for work the next morning at 7am. You took care of the problem ( alternator) and I was on my way by 7:05 Thank you, I am one very grateful client Gloria Zamora more

Awesome 2/14/2014

The Care Shop is awesome. I had my 1988 Volvo towed in recently when it wouldn't start. Turns out that the fuse box overheated. Because of the age of the car, it was going to be difficult to find the part. Mark made this clear to me but said that he would look into multiple sources (going as far as calling Volvo of Sweden) to try and find the part. Amazingly, he was able to find the part at a local place, and had my car running within a week. The price was much less than I had expected for all the repairs (there were several others since this car is old) and my car is running great now. I also really appreciate the fact that I have been able to take my car in on the same day as I call with a problem (on multiple occasions), as I am a very busy veterinary student. Highly recommend this place. more

Great service! 2/12/2014

I have rebuilt engines in my youth and know something about repairs. I have been frustrated trying to find an honest mechanic to fix my cars. When I shared this with a friend, he told me about The Care Shop. I tried them and love the service. Mark explains everything to you, fixes it so you don't have to return, and is reasonable. The shop is spotless with several service bays with mechanics constantly working. I highly recommend this place. more

Found The Care Shop through my AAA referral after my car overheated, and during my 1st visit I had outstanding service they didn't only fix my car but they also gave me recommendations on future maintenance. Recently went back for a 2nd service and was so impressed with the quality of service and outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend The Care Shop to family, friends and coworkers! I finally found a place I could trust with my car. more

Excellent service & attention to detail. Knowledgeable mechanics. A pleasant surprise. 12/12/2013

I was in an unusual situation when I came across The Care Shop. My car radiator was overheating, and I came across them by a complete accident. They were able to diagnose my engine problem, and I ended up leaving with a very good and pleasant experience. The mechanic did a very good job on my repair. I even told him that it looked like he'd been doing this a while. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest with me. He provided excellent service, attention to detail, and information. It was truly an unbelievable experience. I was very fortunate to have come across The Care Shop, and I would recommend them to anybody. They deserve the highest recognition. You can go in there with peace of mind knowing that they know what they're doing and that you will be taken care of. more
