Great stop any time of the year! 11/29/2005

This is one of my favorite places to tour. I went for the first time with my child (who went on a field trip) to this wonderful place! The candles were truely amazing. I not only got some great ideas, but it inspired me to pursue this myself. This is fun for any ages. Also a great gift for that special someone who has a love for candles. The designs are just awesome!!! more

IF you love candles, this is the place for you! 8/30/2005

The Candle Factory is a location to buy candles, but also a factory to watch candles being made the old fashioned way-hand dipped. They have a huge store, and you will not leave empty handed. The hours are nice, and they are located right off the interstate, so you cannot miss them. It is located at the turn to Inner Space Caverns, so it makes a great detour stop. The staff there is very knowledgeable, and they explain the candle making process very well. more

A true Candle Making factory 8/29/2005

The Candle Factory in Georgetown across from Inner Space Caverns is one of the last places in the country to make hand dipped candles. The scent is wonderful when you walk in and you can take a tour of the factory and watch a candle you can buy being made. I even made a special request last time we were there, and they were happy to make the candle in the colors I wanted. The candles make a great gift, and I promise you won't go home empty-handed! more

Love the smell of scented Candle? Go here! 8/27/2005

I LOVE this place! When you walk in and smell the candles it's such an inviting feeling. There are candle everywhere, all shapes, sizes. You can take a small tour and see how they make them and it's amazing. It's only one of 3 places in the US where candles are still hand dipped. You can purchase candle in the front and I can guarantee you'll never leave empty handed! more

If you are looking for unique and creative candles, this is the place you want to be. They design all their own candles and manufacture them onsite. The showroom is a candle lovers dream, so be prepared to spend some time there. You won't regret it! We always get wonderful comments from guests when they see our candles that we purchased from The Candle Factory. Often times, people forget that a well-made candle makes a huge difference in their appearance, burning time and aroma. more
