Best Place for a Brazilian! 2/3/2009

I've been going to Jayme for my Brazilian waxes for a year now and I have no complaints. She's great! The Brazilian is quick, smooth, precise, and doesn't hurt much. She makes me feel very comfortable and is always very friendly and very informative if you have questions or concerns. I did go somewhere else once because it was convenient for me at the time and BOY did I regret it. It was a horrible experience and now I will only go to Jayme even if she's booked solid for a month. I also appreciate the fact that she always ask if I am happy with the result before she leaves the room. Pros: Jayme Cons: I haven't gotten any other services other than waxing. more

I love this place. I get my hair-- cut, foiled, and nails done at CQI and every visit has been WONDERFUL. The staff is very friendly and talented. I see Yeny for my services and am always happy with the outcome. Thank you CQI and keep up the great work! more

Better then the salon's located in the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall 4/24/2008

I was heading to the Cambridge Mall, and called CQI last minute to see if they could squeeze me in for an eyebrow wax. The receptionist was helpful and was able to book me the same day. I saw Jill--who was very nice and efficient. The salon is conveniently located right next to the Galleria Mall (and seemed much better then the salons located inside the mall). It's great if you are in the area shopping and need a quick waxing, or other salon service. more

Love this place! 4/6/2008

I've been going to The CQI Day Spa for almost a year now. I followed my stylist Yeny when she moved there from Newbury St. I have to say it was a great move! This salon does everything. Its in a great location and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgable. Yeny has been doing my hair for a few years now. She cuts and highlights it, and does the Yuko Japanese Hair Straightening to it. I also have seen Jayme for facials and Lisa for massage. I highly recommend both. They are professional and do an excellent job. I'd stop in and check them out. The prices are reasonable and the space is incredible! more

All in one salon spa with a great location in Cambridge 2/15/2008

In my opinion this is the top salon in Cambridge. I've been going here for 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I get a wide range of services here. They do my hair (highlights and cut), waxing, skin care, my nails and I've been thinking about getting laser hair removal. There prices are great for the location. Check them out you won't regret it. Best service 10/31/2007

Very accomidating to all your needs. One stop shot were you can recieve laser, mani pedi, facials, waxing with a specialist in Brazlian. All your skin needs for anti aging and maintanance skin care. They carry the PCA skin care line! more

Best Hair Cut Ever 10/30/2007

I went to the CQI Day Spa because it was conviently located across from the Galleria Mall. I found the staff to be extremely friendly, unlike what another reviewer mentioned. I will definately be a "regular". Rose gave me the best haircut ever . They also do Laser Hair removal...I will hope for a gift Certificate for Christmas. Pros: Talented staff, friendly environment Cons: didn't experience any more

Best Day Spa 10/30/2007

I went to the Cqi Day Spa for brow shaping. I noticed a sign about "Ear Candeling" , and decided to have this done. Amazing!!!! Jayme is very knowledgable, and I can hardly wait to have it done again.I will tell everyone I know.....Go to The CQI Day Spa...today!!!!!! Pros: mulitple services offered in one location more

Stylist complained while she cut my hair. 10/15/2005

My appointment was on a Friday during the day and my stylist did nothing but complain about how busy she was and how she wasn't going to get to eat lunch. Spoke to me less than two minutes then talked to the other hairdressers the rest of the time I was in the chair. I wanted to stop the haircut and walk out. I guess the cut was technically a "shag" but there was absolutely nothing stylish about it. Overhead flourescent lights were not flattering.
