This is an out of the way, unexpected place to visit. It is a large atrium that houses butterflies in various stages of development. You can walk through and see many different varieties close up.
It's kept very warm inside so bear that in mind. There are guides inside the atrium to answer any questions you or your children might have. It is handicapped accessible as well. You can take as much time as you want looking around and I would recommend a camera!
There is also a cute gift shop with, of course, butterfly inspired gifts and souvenirs and a picnic area outside to eat.
You can use your WGBH membership for a discounted admission.
