Located on the Canadian Side of Niagara Falls, The Butterfly Conservatory is one of the most beautiful and serene attractions in Niagara Falls! The Butterfly Conservatory is located along Niagara River Parkway about 10 miles or so north of the falls. This huge glass dome structure creates a humid rain forest home for thousands of butterflies. As you walk through the conservatory you are surround by lush bushes, trees and flowers. Its simply amazing to be surrounded by such a warm natural atmosphere and to see so many beautiful colors and patterns flying around you. Some of the butterflies camouflage in the foliage and may be hard to see while others fly freely creating a beautiful fluttering rainbow. We were so exited when the butterflies actually landed on us because its so rare to be so close to these delicate creatures. We took some amazing photos and left with a ton of memories. The butterfly Conservatory is a hidden treasure, a wonderland that is too beautiful to pass up! I would recommend them to all ages!
